Event Displays

Whether it is a small corporate event, wedding or large civic celebration, we can design a display to suit your budget and site. We use the finest fireworks selected from around the world to ensure your event is truly memorable. All displays are designed following a site survey, risk assessment, and consultation with the client. For larger budgets, we can also provide a computer simulation of part or all of the display. Displays can also be timed to synchronise with your chosen soundtrack.

Black Powder Monkeys have the only dedicated, licensed fireworks store in Ireland. This allows us to bulk import fireworks and pyrotechnics and store them until needed which means that we can pass this saving onto our clients. Provided we have the fireworks required for your display in stock, we can provide fireworks and pyrotechnics displays at 7 days’ notice as opposed to the 28 days required by other fireworks companies. We can also legally store the fireworks for your show should it have to be postponed for any reason. Other companies are legally obliged to destroy any fireworks not used on the date the license specifies.

Safe Fireworks Transport

Black Powder Monkeys use EXII certified explosives vehicles for the safe and legal transport of fireworks. We use ADR class 1 certified drivers and also have an in-house Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser.

All our operators keep verified logs of the work they have done, and all of our lead operators have at least 20 verified shows logged and most have hundreds. Where necessary, our operators are trained in aerial platform access and working at heights. We carry full public and employee liability insurance. A copy is available on request.
